Welcome to our home! This is truly our home away from home and we hope you feel the same way. We love our little backyard oasis! Be sure to take advantage of our close proximity to the Sandwich Marina, you can watch boats come in and out of the Cape Cod Canal all day long!
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Updated home with contemporary furnishings, bedding, rugs and amenities. The main level open plan features wood floors and handsome wood trim, and includes a Living Room with working fireplace, Dining Room with slider to the deck and gorgeous Kitchen with bartop seating. The Living Room boasts all new sofa, chairs, and tables for a fresh look. Bath with walk-in shower & Laundry on first floor, and Bath with tub/shower on second floor are both spa-like retreats boasting tile and marble.
Both of the upstairs Bedrooms have new beds and AC minisplits, and Master Bedroom with King features a private upper level balcony. The 2nd room has 2 twin beds & pull out queen sofa bed. The first floor Bedroom with a Queen size bed. Smart TV in all 3 Bedrooms.
The fully finished basement level rooms have been converted into a Bedroom with a queen, Den with TV and PlayStation 4, and a play area with built in shelves filled with books and games. Finished egress to the outside from this level. Wow...fun for everyone at this classic home with spacious rooms, 3 levels of living and easy walk to the beach.

Summary: Perfect house for our family of four! The weather didn’t cooperate but we had a great stay. The house was immaculate, beds are comfy and the walk to the beach was short. Lots of food and coffee places close by!

Summary: This property is close to the beach and board walk. Town neck beach is a nice sandy beach and extremely walkable. We were sometimes the only people at the beach and it was amazing! Beautiful sunsets! The house was clean and had some board games that we played in the basement on a rainy day.

Summary: My husband and 2 adult sons stayed here for a week in August. The location, cleanliness, and two upstairs bedrooms are great! Unfortunately, the basement was so musty that the entire downstairs — including the basement bedroom — were unusable, which was a problem because my sons (both in their 20s) understandably did not want to share a bed. This house is not really suitable for 6 people, because the common areas aren’t big enough for 6 people to be together. It would be great for 2 couples, though!

Summary: We had a wonderful week's stay at this home. The location is so convenient to stores, restaurants, and beaches. The home was clean, and provided all the necessities we needed. There is also an adorable and cozy backyard/deck area to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail at the end of the day. All around a great home and a great location. We hope to rent again next year.

Summary: Four of us Stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. Our friends stayed in the king room and we took the queen, both on the second floor. The beds were comfortable and clean. The house is close to the beach though we were there when it was too cold to enjoy it:) The house was quiet and comfortable with the exception of one night when the cape was having a wind storm and it was blowing the outdoor furniture around on the upper deck. We just brought the chairs inside for the night The house is tastefully decorated with a quiet nautical theme of starfish. It had everything we needed including a toaster oven and Keurig coffee pot complete with pods and water. The downstairs shower even has a towel warmer! We would definitely stay here again and have also recommended it or other friends and family.

Summary: Three of us (College friends for 30+ years) stayed at this property for a long weekend and it was, in a word, perfect. It's beautifully kept and spotless, with a fabulous kitchen. The accommodations are very comfortable, the upstairs rooms are spacious and the basement is a wonderful casual area with a lovely bedroom. The property is a very short walk to the beach (Town Hill) and the neighborhood is lovely for walking. The house within short driving distance of everything you need-market, restaurant, coffee shop, etc, We stayed in March so did not use the outdoor features, the porch and backyard would be lovely in summer. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Summary: This is a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better than it looks. We had a wonderful time and explored the area. It was a great location to return to every night. We went from Provincetown to Martha’s Vineyard and this was perfect. The neighbors were extremely nice and friendly as well!

Summary: I brought my husband and kids to the Cape to show them around because they had never been. This house was a short walk to the beach, the Sandwich boardwalk, and walkable to restaurants and Treehouse Brewery. We used it as a home base while we explored the rest of the Cape. We liked that it was close to the bridge so that we could get on and off quickly when upon arrival and departure. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped to eat in or out. We enjoyed the back porch in the evening.
